Hotel Mansion Guatapé, Guatapé

The hotel had a stunning view over the lake, providing many places to enjoy the scenery. The location was beautiful, close to the city and Piedra del Peñol in Colombia. However, the dining experience was not great with small portions and not very tasty options. The service was mixed, as they initially tried to assign us a different room than booked but quickly rectified the mistake and provided a better room. The value for money was acceptable, considering the beautiful location and views.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms were kind of dirty and not as expected from the booking details, having a balcony was a plus. The service was lacking enthusiasm and responsiveness, although they did accommodate us in a better room despite it being noisier. The hotel's location was stunning with beautiful views over the lake and close proximity to the city. The dining options were quite disappointing with small portions and not very tasty. However, the facilities were decent overall.

The location was fantastic, offering stunning views over the lake and plenty of seating areas to enjoy it; however, the room didn't match the private pool shown in the pictures, was too small for 4 people, and lacked heating or air conditioning. The service was friendly overall, but there was confusion about the room assignment upon reservation. The dining experience was disappointing with very poor quality food and very basic options. The facilities were okay, and while the price was somewhat justified, the value for money fell short due to the misrepresented room and inadequate amenities.
